Watermelon smoothie with mint

0

Watermelon and Summer! They’re just inseparable like… Gin and tonic 🙂

This smoothie is not smooth, but has a grainy structure. Don’t be surprised if the blender doesn’t immediately start mixing, push the watermelon around or cut it into smaller pieces and it will work.

Simple as a combination and perfect in taste! You can drink very chilled or with ice.

It hydrates and refreshes, and the amazing mint-lemon aroma makes it irresistibly fresh! Close your eyes, breathe in and get carried away right into the summer.

Products
600 g watermelon (without seeds, measured without the skin)
mint leaves
Juice of 1 lime (or lemon)
100 g/ml water (I added it because I thought that was the reason my blender wasn’t mixing, but the reason turned out to be different as I’ve stated above. It can work without water).

Method
All products are placed in a blender/food processor and blended.
