Walnut biscuits with only 3 ingredients

I love quick and easy recipes, if possible, with minimum ingredients, but with maximum benefits 🙂

Walnuts are the main ingredient in the recipe, generous with valuable substances, a native super food 🙂 They are present in almost every household and are seasonal guests at the autumn-winter table, in all variants. Pumpkin with walnuts or honey with walnuts, classic 🙂 Yes, they are quite high in calories, so eat with pleasure, but also in moderation :))

And here is my walnut proposal 🙂

Products

150 ml water

150 g dates (stoned)

150 g walnuts

30 g chia seeds

Method

First, blend the dates with water. Add the ground walnuts to the resulting mixture and finally add the chia seeds. Stir and allow the chia seeds to absorb the excess moisture for 10 minutes. You can add vanilla/cinnamon, but you can easily skip it, because the walnuts themselves are super fragrant 🙂 The dough is soft. Using a spoon, scoop a bit from the mixture and with another spoon, scrape the dough off the first spoon onto the baking paper. You will obtain 10 cookies. Bake in a preheated to 180 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes.

Baked cookies are soft, fluffy and with great nutty aroma.
