Gorgeous, this seemingly strange idea for strudel without flour turned out very tasty. 🙂 Quick, easy and delicious, as I love the most!
Making this strudel took 5 minutes! It is very fresh, juicy and without additional sweetening its great!

Waffle strudel for 5 minutes (no flour)
gluten free, dairy free
Products (4 pcs.)
3 eggs
150 g apple (grated)
15 g walnuts (ground)
cinnamon
honey (optional, not calculated)
Method
Beat the eggs by hand with the grated apple, ground walnuts and cinnamon. Bake the waffles on greased and well-cleaned plates (it is very convenient to spray the plates with a pulverizer with olive oil). If the plates are not well cleaned (as they were mine :)), the waffles may stick (the first ones turned out perfect, the second ones stuck). Bake for 5-7 minutes. They are not very sweet (the sweetness comes only from the apple). You can eat them with honey.
Idea: the apple can be replaced with grated pumpkin 🙂
