120 g raw potato (grated, measured peeled)
4-5 olives
1 handful baby spinach
2-3 roasted peppers
spices (fenugreek, salt, black pepper)
Method
Beat the eggs and the grated potato by hand, add the diced olives, spinach and peppers, as well as the spices. Waffles are baked on greased plates (it is very convenient to spray the plates with a pulverizer with olive oil).
Bake for 5-7 minutes. It can also be cooked with other vegetables of your choice (mushrooms, onions and others). Eat with a large salad of fresh vegetables (tomato and basil, mmmmm)!
