There is a harder verssion of this workout.

This is a circuit training for time. You goal is to complete it as fast as possibe with good form!

After every exercise do 20 high knees.

1. Bird-dog – 10 double
2. Push up – 10 single 😀
3. Renegade row – 10 double
4. From plank step to palm
5. Side plank left-right arm – 10 double
