Training program week 8-2015

Gorgeous, I want days and nights to be 100 hours, so I can do all my work 🙂 If I didn’t promise you to post training programs, I don’t know would I upload every week… Each free minute I have, I do individual diets for my Bulgarian clients and write emails to them. Thank you for your trust! I have never imagined that I will do what I do! I have at least 20 before/after stories of client with great photos that I have to publish, butttt there is no time.

Sooo, I worked out minimalist again, just to have a workout. I am a huge fan of the thought that I train to live better, not live to train better. Each minimalist workout can easily become brutal, long workout, just do 1 more round 😉

    Also rumi I have worked out for many years trying different things but I find your technique and style is really giving me great results especially the back of my body thanks that’s a bonus 🙂
