Hey, hey, hey Gorgeous, what mood are you in? I am in sunny and brightly mood 🙂 There are many new workouts this week – all 6, divided to 2 levels 🙂 Yoga for the weekend, this time it’s shorter but difficult. I wish you a great start of the week!

DAY 1 – no jumps strength workout

Level 3List with the exercises. If you want do 3 rounds.

Level 2List with the exercises.

This is 90 day yoga challenge, I really like Lesley, she explains the moves very well. I remind you to listen when is the active part, which part of the body moves depending on other 😀 If I shoot how I do her practices you will see that I am really funny and far away from perfect but it won’t stop me doing it. The goal is to feel good, if I keep practicing I will become better. Consistency is the key. Katerina, a reader of my blog shared with me her thoughts on getting better with yoga – it’s like watching your hair grows, this is totally the truth!

DAY 2 – aerobics

DAY 6 – yoga

Sadie Nardini – is awesome! She hasn’t shots practices for a long time. She only shoot instructions how to do separate asanas. She has unique approach, I haven’t seen anyone else to do it. I sent one of her newest videos to a friend of mine and she was scared of her look (she has rock haircut and scary make up). I don’t mind it. The important thing for me is what I can learn from a person, I don’t care about anybody’s haircut. Give Sadie a chance!

DAY 7 – yoga

Lesley – Fightmaster, one of my favorite! This practice is good to be done instead of a workout. It’s dynamic, there is no long hold in one position. It energizes you, even sweats you. I like the meditation in the end with the apple and as always it reminds me to feel now, not the past, nor the future but now. I wrote information about her 90 day challenge on day 1.

Now, at this moment I hold you, Gorgeous
