Gorgeous <3 how are you doingggg? Everything is great with me, excellent and even more! In the end there is sun and I am really happy, because I become more productive and I want to give kisses and hugs 🙂 I wish you really strong week. Train regularly, eat good food and love.     Rumi, this is perfect:) It’s me, your fan Eva.
    Please, tell me if I start doing Cardio Madness
    for example, I should WARM UP and STRETCH
    at the beginning and end, shouldn’t I?
    And is 2 min warm up and 2 min stretch enough?
