Gorgeous how are you doing? Are you done with the holidays for the summer or you plan more? I hope that I will have some more days to go to the sea, but I will see. Because may be there will be no more time for another sea 🙂

The workouts for the week.

Level 2 is easier.
Level 3 is harder.

Take any 2 days rest per week, it’s not necessary to be 2 days in a row.

Level 2, try the level 3 workout. If it’s not a day for a challenge, there is a level 2 workout.
