Gorgeous, this is the last week of the RumFit challenge.
Because I am a week before you with the workouts and I already finished 4 weeks intensive workouts and I feel stronger and more enduring. Definitely this kind of challenges develop ourselves in positive way.
The next challenge will be in the autumn, during the summer I will take rest of filming. I want to try a different way of working out. I also would like to think up new training programs. So, first I will take rest and then I will indulge to experiments and brainstorming. You will help me, if you tell me what you need.
What is the plan for the summer: Every Friday I will post an article for themes I would like to write long ago. And I will suggest you a training program from the previously posted. Until now, we have 25 different training programs, which is over 5 months of different workouts. If anybody doesn’t have equipment, just follow the RumFit program, it’s perfect for the hotel room 🙂
News about me:
I want a new studio, i.e. the same I have now, but brighter, with white walls, gentle decor, different lights. I couldn’t find a professional and days before I started filming the 90 day challenge I was insane because I didn’t know hot to put the lighting. My love helped me and that’s how we had lighting. I didn’t know why all professionals thought it’s normal to have a wall with shadow behind me, which work out parallel with me. It was unacceptable to me, but I am not a professional!
In the beginning of the year I have decided to write a book, for all of you, practicle, with precise plan of action. Well, it’s exactly where it was in the beginning of the year, with some notes and chapter titles. I want to spend enough time and to write it after all.
Remember, if you want to loose weight and to tone your body, combine regular workouts with eating the right amount of food for you.
The plan for this week
We have 5 workouts. I filmed them in 5 days in a row, because I don’t want to film on the weekend. I want to spend time with my family. If I didn’t film, I would do the workouts in the following way – 3 days working out, 1 rest day, 2-3 days working out, 1 rest day. 5 consecutive days doing RumFit workouts is too much for me. That’s why some of the workouts are harder and other not so much. I just didn’t want so hard workout on this day.
There is no challenge for this week, because the last week you did write nothing. It’s not fair to write down and after that you say nothing. Obviously they are not helpful for you 🙁 – this was sermon 😀
