Gorgeous, how do you feel about the gloomy weather? What are your secrets to feel awesome when it’s cloudy and cold? I don’t know a single person happy because of the clouds ๐Ÿ™‚ The sun really influences me and I need it! I murmur about the summer again ๐Ÿ™‚

This week we emphasis especially to butt and abs, but don’t miss all other muscle groups. The cardio continues to torture me, it’s really challenging for me. How do you feel, what is difficult for you, at the moment? I have different periods, now I “hate” cardio ๐Ÿ™‚

If you want to burn fat and to shape up your body, you have to eat the right amount of food for you. You can eat anything, but not too much!

The workouts already have numbering as it’s in my notebook ๐Ÿ™‚ Up in the window of the video is the name of the workout. In front of the name, there is a number. For example, RU67 means that it’s 67th workout. Number 1 is the first workout of the 90 day program. 99.9% I filmed both levels workouts, so for the past 6 months I filmed 130 workouts, lol, congratulations to us!
