For new readers: don’t worry, there are exercises for everybody. If you don’t have experience with the workouts, start with the 90 day challenge. Level 3 is for people that have at least 6 months training experience.

If you want to see results in the mirror, just workouts are not enough. You have to eat less food that you need. If you want, you can try to count calories.
