1. Lunge LEFT leg forward
2. Hands on the floor for suppport, raise LEFT leg

Combo 3
1. Lunge RIGHT leg forward
2. Hands on the floor for suppport, raise RIGHT leg

Combo 4
1. Push off from knees
2. Squat hold

Combo 5
1. Row LEFT arm
2. Row RIGHT arm
