7. Static lunge RIGHT leg – 10
8. RIGHT leg reach backwards – 20
9. Dive bomber from knees – 10
10. Raise dumbbell forward and up, alternate arms – 20
11. Ballerina squat – 20
12. Romanian dead lift – 20
13. Static side lunge – 20
