Total Body Strength Training 5 Minute Max Reps Dumbbell and Bodyweight Combo Level 3

Total body exercise combo – maximum reps for 5 minutes. This workout is part from 90 day exercise challenge. The goal is to complete as many reps as possible with a good form.


Moves in exercise combo:

1. Holding dumbbells jump to Plank
2. Push up
3. Renagade row + tricep extension – both arms
4. Jump to squat
5. Bicep curl holding squat
6. Stand up and push dumbbells up

I liked it a lot. First couple of reps I thought it is not so hard, but last reps … it was hard to keep good form!

    I used 4 kg dumbbells so this combo was a killer! I loved how you combined the movements, it had a nice flow. I managed to complete 19 reps during the 5 minutes, but I continued and did 25 reps because I felt I could go on a little longer 🙂

    I revisited this workout because of day 66. The push ups on the dumbbells were so much easier than before. It’s still really hard but on day 1 I could bent my elbows just a little bit. Now it feels like a real push up :D.
