Total Body Strength And Fat Burning Workout 6 Minute Dumbbell And Bodyweight Exercise Level 2


This is a circuit training part of 90 day exercise challenge. If you want harder verssion of this workout, do it here 🙂

If you want you can complete 2 or 3 rounds of the following circuit:

1. Burpee with steps (without jumps) – push up from kness – 15 reps
2. Row with 2 dumbbells – 15
3. Plank to squat – 15
4. Shoulder press – 15

Which exercise was most challenging for you?
