Gorgeous, I share the favorite muffins of our little man 🙂 Naturally sweet from banana. Crunchy outside, juicy inside.
He is very sweet, catching them with 2 hands and eating them like an apple. He eats 2 pieces.
They are suitable for the whole family, they are not children’s food 🙂 Cinnamon or cocoa can be added. Cocoa is not recommended for small children, so I skip it for now.
If you want a gluten-free option, use buckwheat flour and you will get super tasty muffins. I’ve tested it 🙂
I store them in a box in the fridge for 1 week (if they stay “alive” so long).

Preparation
Option 1
In a blender mix the yogurt, pumpkin and hemp seeds to homogeneous mixture.
Separately in a bowl, mash banana with fork (don’t blend it, because muffins become like a rubber). They get very delicious when banana is on bigger pieces. Add the mixture from the blender to the mashed banana. Mix with fork and pour into muffin cups.
I put 1 tbsp of the mixture in one muffin cup. Fill half of the cup, if you fill it more, you have to bake it longer. Bake for 35 minutes at 170 C/338 F lower and upper heating.
Preparation
Option 2
This one is easier. Mash banana with a fork (don’t blend it, because muffins become like a rubber) and then add all other ingredients. Fill half of the cup and bake for 35 minutes at 170 C/338 F lower and upper heating.
The muffins are suitable for getting into shape. It is important to combine them properly with the other food you eat.
