1. Single leg bridge LEFT
2. Single leg bridge RIGHT
Combo 5 – Chest, shoulders, triceps
1. Triceps push up
2. Wide grip push up
Combo 6 – Butt, cardio
1. ALT side lunge jump
2. Upright jump + clap opposite heel
Combo 7 – Left side of the back
1. Row LEFT
2. Supinated row LEFT
Combo 8 – Thighs, shoulders
1. Thrusters
2. Squat + side raise
Combo 9 – Right side of the back
1. Row RIGHT
2. Supinated row RIGHT
