Hi My Friends, I just returned from a trip in Paris. It was amazing because I was with my mom, my friend and her mom. It was Paris for Moms trip 🙂 I will post pictures and stories from our stay in Paris, stay tuned 🙂

Today’s workout was a big surprise for me – I struggled a lot with the first exercise. I need to work more on my isometric chest skills. But hey, we are here (on Earth) to constantly improve ourselves, aren’t we 🙂 The strength I gain with workouts transforms in life strength that helps me to cope with life challenges! Exercises in Surprising Full Body Workout
This is interval training, total 32 intervals, 35/5, 4 rounds, 21 minutes. There is no rest between exercises, 5 seconds just to change position for the next exercise.
1. Isometric push up + Leg raise
2. Alternating squatted row + Hold up
3. Renegate row + Kick back
4. ABS – V sit + Twist + Legs raise
5. Reverse lunge + Back leg raise – Left leg
6. Reverse lunge + Back leg raise – Right leg
7. Shoulder press + Side leg raise
8. Chest fly
