Hi My Friends, I just returned from a trip in Paris. It was amazing because I was with my mom, my friend and her mom. It was Paris for Moms trip 🙂 I will post pictures and stories from our stay in Paris, stay tuned 🙂

Now the important staff! You can find my workout schedule right at the side bar. This is the way I train right now and I will love if you work out with me and share your gains and struggles in the comments.

Today’s workout was a big surprise for me – I struggled a lot with the first exercise. I need to work more on my isometric chest skills. But hey, we are here (on Earth) to constantly improve ourselves, aren’t we 🙂 The strength I gain with workouts transforms in life strength that helps me to cope with life challenges! Let be stronger, wiser and better in anything we do in our life! Go attack today’s workout!

Romy, pull ups are great and hard exercise. I used to do 6 unassisted reps, but since I stopped doing them regularly I can do just 3 reps now. I need to work on pull ups too 🙂

isometric push up was a bit tricky but loved the challenge. i liked all the exercises with dumbbells, very unique and new ones. enjoyed trying them out.

    Hello Rumi,

I’ve been working out since I was 15 (I’m not almost 25). However, due to school I had to keep an on and off workout routine. For this reason, I was unable to keep myself in great shape, as before my eating habits weren’t necessarily bad nor great as they should be. Now, I’ve changed my eating habits and I’m trying to be as healthy as possible and I workout every single day. Nevertheless, I cant seem to be able to get rid of “love handles” and the “bulge” on the lower belly part. The reason why I mention them in quotation marks its because they are not as extreme as the word describes them, they are pretty small, yet to me they are very noticeable. Overall, I feel I’m in shape, but it is these things that drive me crazy. Any recommendations you would happen to have for someone in my case?

    Thank you,
    Ely

Ely, you shoud pay close attention to the quantity of food too. During the time you are losing fat you ashould eat smaller portions, like 20% less than your regular portion.

Hi Rumi. I’m 37 years old, 5.1 feet, 105 pounds. I’m a skinny person but my problem is that after 3 pregnancies I have a lot of fat on my belly and love handles. I was running 30 minutes a day but it seems to make my legs skinnier and make my belly looks bigger. I’m a vegetarian and try to eat healthy. Which exercises do you recommend me to do, to get rid of my belly fat? Do you have any recommendations?
Thanks, I’ll wait for your response.

Millie, you should watch your diet in order to lose weight. To make you legs look bigger do strength ezercises insted of cardio (running). The best is to combine: morning on empty stomach running and before dinner strength exercises.

    Hi Rumi,

You’re amaizing for sharing your workouts and expertise with us. Thank you very much!! I was wondering if you could consider making a video for absolute beginners- a mix of cardio and strength. I just got back to working out and I find some of the videos are hard to keep up with- don’t get me wrong I still LOVE them because it inspires me to reach to that level. Just some tips from you on how to get back and what not to do would be great.

    Lots of love and peace
