I am so very happy with Siana, because she keeps the super shape she has achieved for two years now. This is a very important part of the process included in the Individual Program. We try out different approaches, we learn from our mistakes, we draw conclusion and as a result we not only achieve our top form but also maintain it in time 🙂

This is what I want to teach you, Gorgeous! Do not focus on your goal 🙂 Instead think about that you take care of yourself by giving your body good food, by working out for health and the change will start to happen :))) One day you just won’t recognize yourself in the mirror 🙂 Because you will be new! But not just externally 🙂

Because by that time you’d have learned to take care of your body and be healthy, happy and in excellent shape :))

“Hello dear ladies,

I hope that my story will inspire and motivate many of you, and also make you think: “Why didn’t I start yesterday ?? !!”

Yes, this was the question I asked myself after each lost kilo and after each lost centimeter. “Why didn’t I start earlier?”
“Why did I procrastinate for so long? ”

I became pregnant at 57 kg, I wasn’t fit, there was always something in my body that I did not like.

During the pregnancy, everyone told me that I should eat for two and that whatever I gain I will easily lose during breastfeeding and when the child starts to walk.

Well, as you may have guessed, it didn’t happen that way. Yes, I ate for two, even for three, if you ask me 😊 and as a result I gained nearly 35 kg.

After I gave birth I took off one or two kilos, but during breastfeeding I got everything back, although I walked miles with the stroller all day.

So I nailed 88 kg, which for my height of 160 cm is awfully a lot and I kept them for almost a year.

I could’ve barely put my hands on my body and the clothes I wore were counted on the fingers of one hand and looked awful on me.

I was afraid to follow any diets so that they won’t affect my breast milk and I reconciled that I would look like this from now on.

Then I came across on Rumi’s website. I read the stories of all the women and found myself in most of them. It took me a while to decide to email her, because honestly, I was a little scared of training. I couldn’t imagine how I would find time to work out with a toddler and piles of house work. And with my “gorgeous” body I haven’t exactly seen myself doing pushups or crunches (yes, that’s how I imagined home workouts).

One morning I woke up and I had a proper breakfast as usual. Once again, I felt terrible and full, I looked in the mirror and said to myself that this cannot continue like this anymore. I sat down at the computer and wrote to Rumi because I really wanted a change and so the journey to my dream body began.

Rumi sent me my individual meal plan only with the food I liked and taking into account that I was still breastfeeding.

Along with the meal plan, I received a three-level training program – beginner, advanced and super advanced.

Rumi’s mail was so full of positive energy that I literally wanted to start the day I received the meal plan and the workouts.

I will not lie to you that it was easy for me. Every start is always difficult, but in order to have lasting results, we really need to get out of our comfort zone.

I followed the meal plan strictly, after all it consisted mainly of foods I love and Rumi’s recipes were insanely delicious.

At first I felt hungry mainly in the evening, but after some time my body adjusted to the new way of eating and there were even cases when I could not eat all the food for the day.

To be honest, before I started, I was quite negative towards diets in which you have to strictly measure everything you eat. I thought it was time consuming and addictive. But the truth is that in the beginning, this is the only way to control the food you eat, especially for a person who has carelessly eaten as much as he wants.

Over time, I stopped measuring and gained a sense of quantity. Most importantly I made this way of eating a part of my life.

As for the workouts… what can I tell you 😊 they were a real challenge, especially in the beginning. The first few days I barely did two reps and the muscle fever was not late. I moaned, puffed, but I didn’t give up and Rumi was with me the whole time.
When I felt even a little hesitance, I wrote to her and she immediately responded and put me back on the right path.

The truth is that with Rumi’s workouts for the first time I felt I was training properly. I liked the fact that you can do any workout, even if you are a complete beginner, no matter how much you weigh or how stagnant your lifestyle was before.

With each passing day, I felt that my endurance level increased and the workouts are getting easier. I felt so proud of myself because I stopped overeating, I was full of energy and I was completely convinced that this was the right way to go.

Thus, five months passed, I followed the meal plan very strictly, I reached advanced level in the training program and I had left behind me almost 15 kg. I still had a long way to go, but for the first time in a long time I liked myself in the mirror.

I tucked the old clothes into the darkest corner of the closet, and imagining that my pre-pregnancy clothes might fit me again was no longer a mirage.

Of course, I didn’t stop there, because I knew that this was the way to reach the dream five at the beginning of my weight.
I achieved the result you see in the photos in a year and a half and I have been maintaining this vision for two years now. But most importantly, I feel good in my skin and full of energy. Working out has become a part of my life.

I still workout five days a week, sometimes 30 minutes, sometimes 15 minutes, but after every workout I feel really good, fresh and energized.

To date, I weigh between 52 kg and 55 kg (I do not know exactly), but over time I learned that weight is not the most important. The important thing is to like ourselves when looking in the mirror and to feel healthy and strong.

I will also share with you my change in numbers. I had reduced:

Weight – from 88 kg to 52 kg (MINUS 36 kg!)

Chest – from 110 cm to 84 cm

Waist – from 95 cm to 64 cm

Hips – from 115 cm to 85 cm

Thigh – from 71 cm to 49 cm

Calf – from 41 cm to 34 cm

Biceps – from 34 cm to 23 cm
