Raw protein truffles with oatmeal

0

Gorgeous, this super tasty and easy recipe happened by mistake 🙂

I forgot the oatmeal soaked in a little water and protein. It had become so thick that it was not suitable for porridge and I decided to modify 🙂

The first dose of truffles (the wrong one :)) was very soft because the oatmeal had absorbed a lot of water. I made a second dose, this time not soaking the oats.
The second one received more votes of the tasters and I decided to introduce it to you 🙂

Don’t be afraid to make mistakes, sometimes the mistake is right!

Raw protein truffles with oatmeal
Optionally gluten free
Only 50 kcal for 1 truffle

Ingredients
for 10 truffles
60 g oatmeal (fine, optionally gluten-free)
30 g vegetable protein (1 dose of chocolate protein)
20 g maple syrup
10 g cocoa butter (liquefied)
80 g/ml warm water
5-10 g of cocoa for rolling

Method
In a bowl, mix the oatmeal with the protein, maple syrup, liquefied cocoa butter and water. A thick sticky mass is obtained. Form it into balls (it is easier when the hands are moistened with water). Roll the balls in cocoa. Store the truffles in the refrigerator (they become harder).
