No rest interval training
5 intervals 60/3
60 seconds exercise
3 seconds to switch to the next exercise
1. Alternate push up and shoulder press
2. From plank reverse grip (supinated) renegade row – alternating
3. From downward dog raise RIGHT leg, knee to shoulder
4. Like 3. LEFT leg
Is this workout not challenging?
This level 3 was hard. I will do the other 2 workouts level 2 🙂
