Quick pizza with pumpkin and chia

Gorgeous ❤️, it’s pumpkin time again! Today I present to you a very quick, light and fragrant type of pizza.

It is perfect for this season and a great alternative for those of you who count calories (pumpkin has only 26 kcal per 100 g)!
And the pumpkin is magical not only in fairy tales, but also in reality 🙂 In this living and accessible to everyone treasure we found in abundant amounts vitamin A (antioxidant), natural B vitamin complex, copper, iron, potassium and others.

Eating pumpkin regularly has a beneficial effect on the condition of the skin, eyes and nervous system. Due to its high potassium content, pumpkin supports kidney function by reducing the amount of albumin in the body.

Last but not least, it increases libido due to the content of vitamin E 🙂

Ingredients
1 egg
10 g chia seeds
350 g grated raw pumpkin (measured peeled and peeled)
optional flavors (cinnamon, black pepper, nutmeg)

Preparation
Grate the pumpkin and mix it with the egg and chia. Let it sit for about 5 minutes. Bake on baking paper in a preheated 180 degree oven. The result is a juicy and quick pizza that is slightly sweet and smells like pumpkin. It can be consumed without additives, but pumpkin is very low in calories 😉 and so we can afford something in addition, such as:
– butter (coconut or cow);
– honey;
– nuts.
