I promised split workouts and here it is a lower body workout with exercises for inner thigh muscles and muscles under saddlebags. I want to mention something so you are not mislead: Working out for trouble zones doesn’t burn fat there. It works out muscles there but not fat. You can’t tone fat but more about this under the video.

Inner thighs fat and saddlebags
Every day I get emails about exercises for certain trouble zone. How to reduce tummy, how to reduce thighs, how to burn buttocks fat etc. Losing fat doesn’t work this way. You can’t eat all you want and then burn it with exercise. It doesn’t happen this way.
To reduce thigh fat you must eat less calories/energy than you spend and after that your body starts to burn fat. BUT you can’t control where to burn fat from. This is your body’s decision. Depending on you hormones, gender, age etc, your body decides to burn fat from certain spot. You don’t have control over this process. Stop worrying for things you can’t control and focus on things you can!
You can control the quality and quantity of food. You can control your workouts. So focus on food and working out.
If you create calorie deficit your body will start to burn fat. And fingers crossed it will burn from trouble zones too.
Exercises for inner thighs workout inner thighs muscles but don’t burn inner thigh fat.
Exercises for saddlebags work out muscles, but don’t burn fat.
