Circuit training for time. Propoer form! After every exercise do 20 jumping jacks.
1. Squat β 20
2. Plie squat β 20
3. Single leg hip raise on the floor β 20 for every leg
4. Alternating lunge-squatβ 20
5. Warrior 3, raise leg β 20 for every leg
