Here is a harder verssion of this workout.

Circuit training for time. Propoer form! After every exercise do 20 jumping jacks.

1. Squat – 20
2. Plie squat – 20
3. Single leg hip raise on the floor – 20 for every leg
4. Alternating lunge-squat– 20
5. Warrior 3, raise leg – 20 for every leg
