Home Cardio Workout – 25 Min


Guys, this workout is lots of fun. I decided to start a cardio workout without any plan. I changed exercises on the fly. Hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I did.

Warm up joints before this cardio workout. We start very slow and there is no need to increase heart rate before workout. Before each workout I warm up joints and then I do 5 minutes cardio.

Usually I start with light jumps during the first minute and gradually increase intensity. After the second minute I jump from moderate to high intensity. I like to start my workouts with increased heart rate (app. 130 beats per minute).

I do better workout if I warm up longer like 7-8-10 minutes before workout (this doesn’t include joints warm up).

    Hi Rumi, nice to see you here again. I am amazed by your energy and will power, you really work hard!
    As I’ve mentioned before, I love to take long walks and that’s why I don’t often add cardio to my workouts. This kind of workout would be great when I am not able to walk, because I don’t have the time or because of the weather. Improvised, light cardio is my favorite because that way it feels less intensive to me and more like a bonus, instead of a regular workout routine.
    Thanks for this great video, I will do it after a shorter strength routine:)

      Katerina, thank you for your support 🙂 I like light cardio in my “rest” days. I am so used to exercise and don’t feel good if I don’t do any activity every day. Lately I take a real rest day only if I am busy outside of home and take this is a sign for a real rest day 🙂

    hi rumi was missing welcome after a long time great workout i like this one speceially cz i hve a lil kneee joint probs so i am not able to do sqatting exercises more but i like these kind where i can stand and do more cardio and burn m calories keep up gud work and also wanna ask u u mentioned about joint warm warm ups can u plz upload one so may do it

      tj, you can check my older videos, there is warm up at the begining. I stopped filming warm up because I do the same routine every time.
