Gorgeous, I offer you a simple vegan recipe for your morning coffee or a brunch š Gluten-free oatmeal can be used, if you are avoid gluten.
Fragrant, soft cookies for the banana lovers š Without additional sweetening, their sweetness comes only from the banana š
Products (for 12 cookies)
30 g chia
200 g almond milk (about 40 kcal per 100 g/ml, milk from animals or other nuts can also be used)
200 g banana (2 mashed bananas)
15 g peanut butter
150 g oatmeal (fine, can be gluten-free)
* sliced dates/dried fruits (optional for sweetening, not calculated)
Method
Soak the chia in the milk for about 15-20 minutes. Then add the mashed banana, peanut butter and oatmeal. Stir the mixture and leave it for 10 minutes (it thickens because the oatmeal “absorbs” the moisture). Using a spoon shape the biscuits, place them in a tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees, preheated oven. The mixture can be eaten raw without baking š
The biscuits have a slightly sweet taste – just from the banana. If you like sweeter things, add chopped dates/raisins/dried fruits to the mixture. They are very fragrant (especially when warm) and soft š
