Fluffy waffles with wholemeal flour and milk

Gorgeous, another suggestion for a quick and tasty snack or breakfast 🙂
Everyone loves waffles, yummy!

Products (4 pieces)
1 egg
100 ml milk (can be replaced with nut/non diary milk)
5 g melted butter
70 g wholemeal flour (I used einkorn)
1 ½ tsp baking powder

Method
Beat the eggs and milk with a hand mixer until fluffy. Then add the flour, melted butter and baking powder. Bake the waffles between 5-7 minutes. These waffles are very fluffy! You can eat them sweet with honey, fruit, sour cream or salty with egg, cheese or ham.
