Fluffy fenugreek flat bread


Gorgeous, today I will treat you with a very tasty and quick flat bread, which contains a magic spice: fenugreek.
Apart from being a spice, fenugreek has a number of healing and health benefits (you can read more here).

Fluffy fenugreek flat bread
Time for preparation: 3 minutes
2 options – with small amount of gluten and gluten free

2 eggs
100 g yogurt
5 g of olive oil
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp fenugreek

For gluten option (turns yellow):
50 g organic corn flour
20 g einkorn flour


For the gluten-free version (it gets darker):
70 g buckwheat flour

Beat the eggs, yogurt and olive oil with a hand mixer or by hand with a fork until homogeneous. In another bowl put the dry ingredients: flour (choose one of the two options), salt, baking powder, fenugreek and mix. Add the dry mixture to the egg one and mix.
The result is a liquid, cake-like dough. Transfer to a rectangular tray (20×30), lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes. Bread becomes fluffy, fragrant and very tasty.

You can have it with salad or vegetables (grilled zucchini, stewed mushrooms or others of your choice) or prepared as sandwiches or party bites with butter, cheese, yellow cheese, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers and/or other seasonal vegetables of your choice.
