30 seconds exercise
10 seconds rest/active rest

Burpee without push up
3 small jumps, 1 jump knees against abs

2.
Renagade row
Single arm 2 dumbbells row

3.
Single knee push up
High knees

4.
Thrusters
From downward dog, jump out, jump in, jump up

5.
From downward dog leg backwards raise
From downward dog leg side raise
