Days 85 to 90 of 90 – level 2 and 3

Gorgeous, wow this is the last week of the 90 day challenge! I’ve talked to many people and everybody tells me that it seems like yesterday when we started and 3 months just flew. Life runs so fast and we don’t have to postpone what we want.

If you enter the website for the first time: we started a challenge and promised to work out 5 days a week for 90 days. Let your 90 days start now. Read more about the challenge and follow the plan. Here is the plan with all workouts.

If you work out regularly for 3 months and don’t achieve your goals, you probably have to do something differently. It’s not possible to do all the same and to see different results! If you want to see visible results, try to count calories.

If you want something, do it now! If you need a good plan, do it but don’t postpone.

It’s easy to say it but difficult to do it. I also make plans and I know how difficult it is to bring in something new in your schedule. I already know that there is no way just to bring in new things, but not to exclude something to be able to move forward. Sometimes we give up of something that is not bad and that’s why it’s quite difficult to make the choice and move forward.

It’s easier to make the choice when you ask yourself “Is it going to make my life better? Is it going to make me happier? Is it going to make me a better person? – if the answer is “No”, so you can give it up.

I don’t only want to talk in theory. I will give you an example, I read it in the comments. Somebody wrote that doesn’t clean the house so often and has much time to work out and to spend time with family. After all, does it matter if you wipe dust once a month or every week. It doesn’t make you happier, nor a better person, or develop your life in any way. If the dust bothers you, it’s not the thing you will give up of, it’s just an example.

When end of the year is coming or deadline of the project, it’s high time to to sit for a moment and to think what you’ve learnt will you add something to your life and what you will give up. It’s not possible to accept more and more tasks, you have to give up some of them. It has to be clear what is important for us, what makes us happy – this is what we have to concentrate our energy to.

I’ve started to write a new post about what I learnt the past 90 days. It will be interesting for me to share your experience. Think about it and we will talk about it later šŸ™‚ .

The plan for the week
/I want to organize the weekly workout plan like this after we finish the 90 day challenge/

We have a new workout 90 minutes – we will burn calories. The most frequent error is to think that you can eat all you want and to burn the eaten food with workouts. I will show you what it means to burn calories with work outs, if you have time and your body can resist this workout do it šŸ˜‰

Day 85
Level 2 and 3

Day 86
Level 2why don’t you try level 3? You already know how to modify the exercises. If you don’t try 1-2-3 reps in the difficult way, how you will learn to do them? Do the level 3 exercises in the easier way, but try some reps in the difficult. And don’t be sad if you can’t do them from the first time. Eventually you will do the difficult exercises, just keep trying.
Level 3

Day 87
Level 2 and 3

Day 88
A new workout about 90 minutes. If you don’t have time, do only 30 or 60 minute workout. You will read how to do it in the description of the workout. This is a 3 part total body workout and you can do it partly.
Level 3
Level 2

Day 89
REST

Day 90
Repeat day 88 ā€“ 90 minutes

Are you going to burn calories with the long workout or you will train 20-30 minutes?

I finally finished the 90 day challenge! It took me maybe an extra week because I took extra days off when I wasn’t feeling well or ate too much :/ but I kept going and am feeling very thankful!
