If you workout regularly and don’t see results in the mirror, usually the reason is the quality and quantity of the food you eat. If you want to eat clean, you can try to count calories.

Gorgeous, in the video above you’ll see that I’m coming out of my comfort zone way too much, I finished it just for you. A flu is raging and I got it. I wasn’t so sick and continue working all the time. But when I’m sick I cut my food portions, I mainly eat plant food, according to me it helps me to recover faster. When I don’t eat enough and don’t train, my strength lowers.
