Day 9 of 90 – level 3


One more day with a hard workout and clean eating. If you’re jumping at my place now, we’ve promised ourselves to train 5 days a week for 90 days, here is the list with all workouts day by day.

If you workout regularly and don’t see results in the mirror, usually the reason is the quality and quantity of the food you eat. If you want to eat clean, you can try to count calories.

The plan for today, only 1 workout, 1 time – 20 minutes
If you want you can repeat the workout one more time or 1/2 time (to the middle of the video)

HIIT Fat Burning Workout For Fast Results

Gorgeous, in the video above you’ll see that I’m coming out of my comfort zone way too much, I finished it just for you. A flu is raging and I got it. I wasn’t so sick and continue working all the time. But when I’m sick I cut my food portions, I mainly eat plant food, according to me it helps me to recover faster. When I don’t eat enough and don’t train, my strength lowers.

      If you drink or eat, the blood hoes to the stomach to take nutrients and then bring them to the cells. When you workout, you want more blood in the muscles, not in the stomach. I sip water when my mouth dry, but I don’t drink more than 100 ml (4 oz) in a workout. My advise is to listen to your body, if you need then drink. I don’t like to feel more water in the stomach, it makes nose and I can feel it going up and down when I jump.

        You’re absolutely right! The funniest part like that with water, the most ironic joke after sipping just a little bit more than it was enough was actually recently, with one of your workouts, when I already warmed up, sipped some water, felt like a million bucks, ready to conquer your workout, and you were like “…and our first exercise will be jumping while standing in plank…like this…jump, jump, jump..”. I even stopped the video not because I figured I’d better let the water go somewhere, but because it was hysterically funny) Thank you.
