We start the week with 2 short workouts, only 5 minutes each. We will do the workouts 2 or 3 times, depending on your time. The workouts are not so hard, but they will tone total body, and we will work for saddlebags also. Tomorrow we start with really challenging workouts, so today we “warm up” well to prevent the muscle soreness after the rest days 😉 These workouts are part of the 90 day Challenge. If you workout regularly and don’t see the result you want, probably the reason is the food you eat. If you want you can try to count calories.

If that’s true then I think I did something wrong :D. The second workout was so hard for my arms that I couldn’t do the plank anymore. Normally I have no problems holding the plank, 60 seconds is challenging but doable. But this time I had to go on my forearms after a few seconds because I just couldn’t hold it anymore.
Now I’m a bit scared of day 9 ;).
Don’t be scared 🙂 Your strength and endurance will increase.
Wow, good one. The length for each exercise is what kills me. One minute is eternity. But, I did this one half and level 2 half. This worked out great. What do you have coming for me to morrow:)
