Day 75 of 90 – level 2 and 3

Gorgeous, the end of the week is just around the corner šŸ˜€ Today I have a loong workout, if you don’t have much time, read below how to cut it. If you have time, make this breath taking workout and then celebrate the following rest days šŸ™‚

For new readers: we are in the end of 90 day challenge, that starts today for you. Don’t worry you are not late šŸ™‚ There are many people who are on day 3 or 15 now, because everybody follows her/his own rhythm. If you enter the website for the first time, I advise you to read more about the challenge and after that start from the beginning.

The plan for today:

Level 3 ā€“ if you want a shorter workout, do the workout to exercise number 8. This would be a total body workout.

Level 2 ā€“ try the level 3 workout but do 2 squats instead of pistol squats. If you can’t do 21 reps, do how many you can and continue with 4 high knees jumps 4 jumping jacks to the next exercise.
