For new readers: we train with training programs, not random workouts. At the moment we follow the 90 day challenge for regular workouts. The idea is to keep working out forever. In the beginning we start to train because we want to lose weight, to shape up our bodies,
to look great. But after a while we understand that workouts are not only to look great in our new dress but to get rid of our emotions, to charge ourselves with positiveness and power.
Come on, join us, let’s train together, start from day 1, follow the plan, don’t rush or skip any workout. Give yourself enough time to feel and realize the workouts, because they are not just exercises. If your goal is to burn fat, you have to eat the right amount of food for you. If you don’t decrease your daily portions, you can’t burn fat with workouts.
