The plan for today is a new do do workout for level 3 and respectively Tabata workout for level 2. Some of the exercises are the same for both levels, but you will feel them differently, because of the different intervals.
Tomorrow we are going to work out longer than 20 minutes! On Friday I think that we are going to remember 50 minute workout.
