The plan for today:
Level 3 – you can do only 1 round. If you do 2 rounds take a rest after the first. You are not going to lose more weight if you don’t take rests. After the rest you are stronger and you can do more reps during the interval. So you do more work and burn more calories. If you don’t take rests you work to be more enduring.
