Day 67 of 90 – level 2 and 3

Gorgeousssssssss 🙂 We have a new workout.

For new readers: we follow the 90 day challenge for regular workouts. Read more about the challenge and start from the beginning with day 1.

I shot both workouts one after the other, if you want try them like me.

Do you want more workouts like these? For example – a workout for abs, and during the active rests to work for other muscles.

*I want a new chair for the workouts, don’t train on a chair like mine! I moved on to a new house and I have more things to buy. I hope that after we finish the 90 day challenge I will have more time and will go to IKEA for a new, more stable chair. Even I don’t want a chair, but a fitness box, that I can jump on it. If you know more about these boxes share with me, I will be more than happy.
