Gorgeous, how do you feel after yesterday’s cardio workout?
Today we have do do workout. I tried a new do do, but I didn’t like it. In this kind of workouts the most important is the combination of exercises, so we lose minimum time for changing position. I thought of an exercise, which I am not good at and I will add it to the future workouts because it’t great. Bridge on palms and feet, it burns my shoulders because I am not much flexible. I guess that most of you do the exercise better than me.

Yes! Arms and calves mostly. That was intense for me! 🙂
