For new readers: we are talking about workouts, exercises, loosing weight, shaping up. We’ve promised that we will achieve our goals with regular workouts. 5 days a week for 90 days and then for life. We build new habits which will help us to succeed. Join us and start from the beginning.
A Lunge madness is on its way. Tomorrow, we will do maaany lunges, level 3 – 28 minutes (1 round), level 2 – 20 minutes (1 round).

This time I did level 3: first exercise was difficult to follow and the rest was ok… getting stronger! but then I tried 10 minutes burpee… and I couldn’t finish 🙁 instead I run 🙂
