Day 51 of 90 – level 2 and 3

Gorgeous, how do you feel today? After the last do do workout I had strong muscle soreness in my chest and shoulders, so today we will do a workout with long cardio and short strength intervals.

For new readers: we follow the 90 day challenge for regular workouts. We train 5 days a week and build new habits. Read about the challenge and start from the beginning.

The plan for today:

Level 3 – if you don’t have time do only 1 or 2 rounds.

Level 2 – if you have time do part of the level 3 workout, move forward gradually 🙂

    I’m proud to say that I did level 3 and I didn’t take more rest than you Rumi 🙂
    just I have to slow down a little bit with the burpee.
