I recently discovered your website, and I absolutely love it! I just completed week one of this 90-day challenge, and It’s going great so far ๐
For the past month or so I was doing really brutal HIIT workouts. I think I was pushing a little too hard and I wasn’t quite ready for such high intensity, because they left my muscles perpetually sore and put a lot of strain on my knees and ankles. So I decided to back off a bit and try your level 2 program. It doesn’t feel super difficult to me, but I feel like it’s a much more well-rounded exercise program and It’s going to be great for gradually building strength and endurance. Hopefully it will help me build a more solid foundation and correct any weaknesses/imbalances that I have so that someday I will be able to do more high-intensity workouts without hurting myself! I’ll keep you posted on my progress ๐
Let me know how you feel after level 2. I include many exercises to fight body imbalances and I am curious what will be result with you ๐

Just looking over the routine for tomorrow. I don’t know if you got my note from Day 1. It would be great to have a separate video for warm up and a separate video for cooldown and stretch with every day. As it is, I am going to your other programs to find the sections where you are warming up and cooling down.

Just finished Day 5. . . I’m 52 years old and for me they are challenging but yet I can do them. This is a perfect program for me; last year I tried several months of HIIT workouts and had the same results as Kira. I’m so excited to find your site!
