I LOVED every bit of this workout! Thank you Rumi!
The high knees and jumping jacks between intervals were a great way to get the heart up and get in more sweat 🙂

    Hi Rumi,

I recently discovered your website, and I absolutely love it! I just completed week one of this 90-day challenge, and It’s going great so far 🙂

For the past month or so I was doing really brutal HIIT workouts. I think I was pushing a little too hard and I wasn’t quite ready for such high intensity, because they left my muscles perpetually sore and put a lot of strain on my knees and ankles. So I decided to back off a bit and try your level 2 program. It doesn’t feel super difficult to me, but I feel like it’s a much more well-rounded exercise program and It’s going to be great for gradually building strength and endurance. Hopefully it will help me build a more solid foundation and correct any weaknesses/imbalances that I have so that someday I will be able to do more high-intensity workouts without hurting myself! I’ll keep you posted on my progress 🙂

    Hi Rumi,
Just looking over the routine for tomorrow. I don’t know if you got my note from Day 1. It would be great to have a separate video for warm up and a separate video for cooldown and stretch with every day. As it is, I am going to your other programs to find the sections where you are warming up and cooling down.

Thanks so much, Still super motivated and having fun.

    Hi Rumi,
Just finished Day 5. . . I’m 52 years old and for me they are challenging but yet I can do them. This is a perfect program for me; last year I tried several months of HIIT workouts and had the same results as Kira. I’m so excited to find your site!
