Day 46 of 90 – level 2 and 3


Gorgeous, the last 2 days we did hard workouts. Today we will do a shorter total body workout. If you have muscle soreness, take a rest day and tomorrow do the following workout. In this case do a workout on a day of the weekend. In the end of the week you will do totally 5 workouts.

For new readers: we’ve promised to ourselves to work out 5 days a week for 90 days. Our goal is to addict to workouts and to keep training for life. We also build new habits. Read more about the challenge and after that start from the beginning. Don’t worry you are not late. You are just on time. Don’t catch up, just follow the plan. In 46 days you will do the workouts bellow. If you want to lose weight or to shape up your body, be careful with the amount of food you eat.

The plan for today we repeat day 10, total body over 20 minute workout. If you want to keep working out, do it. Do a cardio workout alternating:
10 rope jumps
10 jumping jacks
10 scissor jumps
and continue for 10-20 minutes 🙂 The idea is to keep jumping and moving, so do whatever moves you like. For example: do 1 round of the jumps above and after that 1-2-3 burpees without push ups.

    Hi Rumi! I am sweating right now as I type post-workout. What weight are the dumbbells you are using in your videos? Just curious to see if I am using the same weight, lighter or heavier. Thanks!

    hello rumi, i really enjoyed this workout, i almost did a 3rd round but i did not have time. i am recovering from a cold so it gave me a good sweat. love all ur workouts, look forward to them everyday…. cheers!!!
