It’s time for a cardio workout we have a little joke with my Love, heart workout 😀 Many jumps with some rest strength exercises.
For new readers: we follow the 90 day challenge for regular workouts. We train 5 days a week and build new habits. Building new habits take long time and willpower step by step move forward. It’s difficult to change yourself for a day. It’s not impossible but usually the fast change is a reason of health concern. When our life is in danger the motivation is very high. The thing is to find the motivation for change when you are perfectly healthy.
If you are ready for a change, start from the beginning with day 1.
The plan for today
Level 3 – 30 minute workout, if you want you can do the level 2 video after this one.
Level 2 – 30 minute workout, if you want you can 10 minutes rope jumps.
Do you like cardio workouts?
Every person has a favorite workout. I advise you to train mainly your favorite workouts, but don’t skip the other workouts. The well balanced workout contains – strength, cardio, flexibility, mobility exercises. I never do only strength or cardio workouts. I do a mix. If you like one of them more, it’s OK. Do more of your favorite workouts but don’t skip the others.
