For new readers. We follow the 90 day challenge for regular workouts. You can join us, start from the beginning with day 1. The workouts gradually get harder and it’s important to start from the beginning and don’t catch up. If you do 2 workouts per day in 2-3 days you will have strong muscle soreness and will take some rest days. So follow the plan and move forward.
