Day 37 of 90 – level 2


Gorgeous, we have a new workout. Put your sports shoes and let’s start 😀

For new readers: we’ve promised to train regularly for 90 days and then for life. Work out with us, start from the beginning with day 1. If you want to lose weight or to shape your body, you have to combine the workouts with eating the right amount of food. You can burn fat with workouts only, but you have to work out for hours per day – do you have time and do you think your body can resist this?

The plan for today – 1 workout, if you want you can repeat it.

    I loved this workout. Only suggestion would be that the last combo be split into 3 different exercises instead of repeating the same thing 3 times. Thank you for these videos- they are great!

    I have not emailed for a couple of days and had some travel in between. But, I am on track and just did this work out. I loved it. Thank you.

    I wanted to ask you your thoughts on physio ball and kettle bells. Would you ever incorporate them into any workouts?

    I loved it! I felt heavy and tired when I began because I was pmsing but after i felt very light and happy! Also, (sorry Kelly) but I liked the three sequences of leg lifts at the end and think you should keep it that way cause it really burned my butt and thighs! :))
