Gorgeous, today is rest day for our thighs and butts. Tomorrow we have a 50 minute workout so today’s workout is a little easier. If you don’t have enough time for tomorrow’s long workout, then do the optional lower body workout today.
The plan for today 3 workouts 5 minutes each + 5 more minutes optional:
1. Total Body Strength Training – max reps for 5 minutes
2. Isometric Full Body Workout – 5 minutes
3. Burn Killer Abs Exercise Combo – 5 minutes
4. If you don’t have 50 minutes for tomorrow’s workout, do this lower body workout today:
