This is day 3 of 90! Join the 90 day Challenge and start from day 1. Here is the list with all workouts.

Gorgeous, how are you, do you have muscle soreness 🙂 You must not have extreme muscle soreness, just the feeling that you have worked out. If you want you can do light cardio exercises and the best cure for muscle soreness is to take rest for some days. If we are going to train for 90 days and more, everybody should adapt the workouts for himself/herself. If workouts are easy for you, use bigger weights and do more rounds. If they are hard, take longer rests and do the easier version of the exercises.

If you want to see results in the mirror, you have to be careful with the food you eat. For example, cut 1/4 of your daily portions or count calories 🙂

Today we have two videos. First cardio to wake up our body, but don’t miss the warming up. Second strength workout and I want your opinion for the new exercise for the abs.

The plan:
Workout 1 – 1 time – 5 minutes
Workout 2 – 2 times with 1-2 minutes rest between the rounds – 2Х10 minutes
So, 2 times we do workout 2, of course only if you have time and want to do it.

Workout 1 – 5 minutes
HIIT Workout + Abs, Thighs, Butt Level 3

Workout 3 – 10 minutes
Full Body Workout+Abs and Butt Toning For Fast Results Level 3

    I did this yesterday. The chaturanga was really hard and the frog jumps are weird (I don’t know yet if I like them or not^^). I had problems with the form of the dynamic candle. Although I have a yoga mat it felt like my spine would rub uncomfortably on the floor when I kicked up. I do not know what I did wrong. With the standard static candle I feel no discomfort.
    I liked the exercise which is on the picture of workout 2. It was really challenging for my balance therefore I was falling on my butt a lot :). So much fun!
    Hopefully I can do day 4 at the weekend

      For dynamic candle try to do it slowly and with your abs control the way down, so you put your spine slowly and gently on the floor.

    I started the 90 day challenge and want to say a BIG THANK YOU! I love your workouts and am really happy to have found your site. I’ve been doing basic bodyweight exercises for about 5 months so ramping the workload up to level 3 is just what I need. Love your positive attitude! Thanks for doing this.
