Gorgeous, this is the last workout for the week, but many of you train on the weekend too. You often ask me “Can I train on weekends” – the answer is yes. If you feel that want to work out and don’t need a rest – work out. Do some day from the following or previous week. Or just have fun and go for a long walk with friends 🙂
The plan for today is just 1 workout.
I shot only 2 rounds of the workout, but it’s supposed to be 3. I stopped to shoot after the second round because I had level 2 video to do.
