For new readers: this workout is part of the 90 day challenge. During these 90 days we train regularly and the goal is the workouts to become our habit. We accept newcomers, start from the beginning with day 1 and don’t rush. Follow the schedule and do 1 workout per day.
If you want to lose weight: combine the workouts with eating the right amount of food for you. We do short workouts and we can’t burn many calories, that’s why you have to lower your food intake.
